- 3 tsp mustard seeds
- Oil, a good glug
- Large tin of potatoes, drained and cubed
- Tin of peas, drained, or 200g frozen peas
- Tin of chopped tomatoes
- Dried chilli flakes
- 1 tsp dried garlic powder, or 2 tsp garlic puree, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Fry the mustard seeds in oil until they start to pop
- Add all the other ingredients
- Bring to the boil then simmer to bring out the flavours.
